Leadership with Proven Results

Street Lighting

Improved street lighting, visibility and security at the request of several residents who have been living on dark streets.

Infrastructure

We restructured the road and bridge department to be more efficient to ensure each precinct received equal resources.

Flood Prevention

Improved flood prevention with clearance of canals.

Addressing Flood Issues

Commissioner Ramos voted to acquire property to address any flood issues in the Elm Creek subdivision..

Mailbox Installation

Commissioner Ramos ensured the installation of mailboxes to ensure proper mail delivery in connection to USPS at the request of residents. 

Services to Children and Seniors

Commissioner Ramos is the only Commissioner to maintain and operate a community center that houses free services to children and seniors.

Increase Access to Water

Commissioner Ramos Is working increase access to water with Eagle Pass Water Works. The goal is to produce water line projects throughout the precinct, and make clean water accessible to everyone in the Precinct 3.

Replacement of Stop Signs

Replaced missing stop signs to ensure driver safety.

Addressing Student Safety

Commissioner Ramos ensured the paving of a walking trail  students at Liberty Elementary,

Seco Mines Elementary, and Pete Gallego Elementary.

Replaced damaged sidewalks

Replaced damaged inner-city sidewalks on Del Rio Blvd. in partnership with TXDOT.

Cemented the walls of the bridge water drains on Thompson Rd.
